Terms of service

Effective October 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tubeglow ("Tubeglow", "we", "us") for your use of the Tubeglow website and online guitar course. By creating an account or buying the course you accept them.

The service

Tubeglow is an online guitar course with lessons, exercises, a tab player, a metronome and practice plans. Some lessons are free; the rest require a one-time purchase.

Your account

  • You need an account to save progress and to buy the course. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give an email address you can access. We use it to sign you in and to send messages about your account and purchase.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page. See the privacy policy for what that removes.

Price and payment

  • Full access costs USD 9.99, paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms.
  • Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made.

Lifetime access

Your purchase gives you personal, non-transferable access to the full course for as long as Tubeglow operates, including lessons we add or update later. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the service. If we ever shut Tubeglow down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice by email.

Refunds

All sales are final. The refund policy explains the cases where we do refund. Before checkout you request immediate access to the full course and acknowledge that, if you live in the EU or the UK, you lose your right of withdrawal once access starts. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, full access ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share your account or resell, copy or redistribute course content;
  • scrape, download in bulk or try to get around the paywall;
  • interfere with the site's security or operation.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Content and intellectual property

The course text, exercises, tabs, audio and design belong to Tubeglow or its licensors. Artist guides contain original exercises written in the style of each player; Tubeglow is not affiliated with or endorsed by those artists. Song titles and artist names belong to their owners.

Practice safely

Guitar practice is physical. Take breaks, stop if you feel pain, and keep volume at safe levels. Lessons are educational; they don't guarantee any particular result.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tubeglow available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update lessons and features over time. We may update these terms; if a change materially affects you, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Tubeglow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

Governing law

If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and can bring a claim in your local courts.
